Dutch photographer and videographer Armand Dijcks blurs the boundaries of visual storytelling. By combining traditional photography with movement, he creates a visual hybrid: an animated still photo. In his work, Dijcks loves to play with time. Photographs freeze a moment, but Dijcks uses video montages and computer generated effects to produce pieces that convey movement – despite being still.
